Pathology technology platform is mainly responsible for pathological detection , equipped with a full set of advanced automated pathological sample preparation, slice production and image acquisition and analysis equipment, can achieve high standard, systematic histopathology technology and morphological analysis of one-stop detection services, to assist researchers to pathological observation, study the etiology, pathogenesis, morphological structure, function and metabolic changes, reveal the law of disease, for clinical medicine and disease diagnosis, prevention, treatment, drug research and development and safety evaluation biomedical provide important theory and technical support.


Services

The pathological technology detection items of this platform include sample fixation, tissue dehydration and embedding, paraffin section making, frozen section making, routine HE staining, special staining (Masson tricolor, scarlet, PAS, NIS, solid green, oil red O, Swiss-Giemsa, etc.), immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, TUNEL detection, pathological section scanning of panoramic images (open field, fluorescence) and data analysis.
