Overview

The Model Animal Technology Platform is dedicated to providing a comprehensive suite of technical services pertinent to animal experimentation, including but not limited to animal care and management, the establishment of disease models, conservation and reproduction, embryo cryopreservation, and biological.


To standardize the care and use of laboratory animals—thereby enhancing their quality along with ensuring scientific rigor in their application—and to guarantee the reliability of research data, the platform has instituted a robust quality management system for laboratory animals that marks a transition from experience-based management to systematic governance. This initiative provides a solid foundation and substantial support for scientific research endeavors.


Services

It offers tailored technological solutions for animal experimentation that include the exploration and development of laboratory animal models; multi-tiered and multi-faceted technical services; training for personnel involved in operations related to laboratory animals; care and management; as well as assistance with the importation and exportation of animal strains. Furthermore, the platform has successfully established disease models such as pan-cancer CDX models and PDX models while conducting comprehensive analyses and evaluations of these models alongside developing operational techniques for animal experiments.


Resources

The platform encompasses a diverse array of laboratory animal species, including rats, mice, guinea pigs, golden hamsters, rabbits, pigs, and zebrafish.
