1st Academic Committee Meeting of Key Laboratory of Regenerative Biology, CAS

The 1st academic committee meeting of Key Laboratory of Regenerative Biology, CAS was held at 23rd March, 2010. Key Laboratory of Regenerative Biology is affiliated to GIBH.

Committee members academicians PEI Gang, KONG Xiangfu, ZENG Yixin and all PIs from the Laboratory PEI Duanqing, ZHU Dahai, LAI Liangxue, DAI Jianwu, QI Huayu and GAO Shaorong attended this meeting. The meeting was co-hosted by Committee Director KONG Xiangfu and Honorary Director PEI Gang.

Laboratory Director PEI Duanqing gave a presentation on the progress the Key Laboratory had made in the last year. Afterwards, Academic Committee heard reports from PI Miguel Esteban, LAI Liangxue and SHU Xiaodong.

Academic Committee was impressed by the achievements of Key Laboratory in both technological platform and personnel training. It built the foundation for competitive research capacity in the world. Also, committee members brought up a lot of suggestions concerning the development of Key Laboratory.
