The Physical and Chemical Analysis Technology Platform offers analysis and identification of biological molecules ranging from small to macro molecules, along with structural and functional analysis. It plays a vital role in research endeavors aimed at discovering biomarkers, identifying drug targets, and uncovering the mechanisms of life activities.


Services

The platform offers comprehensive analysis of biological molecules, covering aspects from sample preparation and purification to in vivo and in vitro content determination, structural analysis, pharmacodynamics research, and proteomics. It encompasses a broad spectrum of sample types and targets, ranging from small molecules to large biomolecules and from individual components to biological tissues. (1) In the sample preparation and purification stage, it can achieve the purification and collection of organic drugs and proteins from microgram to milligram of samples, along with content determination; (2) In the structural analysis stage, it can confirm compound structures, identify structures of unknown substances, analyze stereoisomers, and characterize structures for CTD applications; (3) Regarding pharmacological research, various methods can be used for drug content quantification and metabolomics analysis both in vivo and in vitro at the nanogram level; (4) In proteomics analysis, the platform supports qualitative and quantitative protein analysis, post-translational modification analysis, interaction analysis, and spatial localization analysis.
