Overview

The Cell Identification Technology Platform comprises two essential components: the optical imaging technology platform and the flow cytometry analysis/sorting technology platform. This Platform is indeed a vital resource for researchers in various fields, including cell biology, biomedicine, and health. This platform facilitates both quantitative and qualitative analyses of cellular functions and phenotypic characteristics, providing insights that are crucial for understanding cellular behavior and interactions.

Services

This platform is furnished with imaging capabilities spanning various resolution levels from millimeters to nanometers. The optical imaging technology platform enables live cell fluorescence imaging of biological samples, two-photon/confocal imaging, super-resolution imaging (STED/SIM), tile scan imaging, 3D image reconstruction, molecular interaction detection (such as FRET, FRAP), calcium ion dynamics detection, and high-throughput imaging, among others. The flow cytometry analysis/sorting technology platform facilitates multi-dimensional detection of cell viability and functions, including apoptosis, mitochondrial membrane potential, cell cycle analysis, polyploid cell analysis, and immunophenotyping analysis. Additionally, this platform can achieve high-purity, high-precision, and high-throughput targeted capture of specific cells, meeting the research needs for downstream proteomics analysis, gene editing identification, and single-cell sequencing.
