Overview

The Ultrastructural Technology Platform comprises two essential components: the subcellular ultrastructural imaging technology platform and the single-particle protein structure analysis technology platform. Subcellular ultrastructural imaging technology platform is crucial for analyzing the ultrastructure of organelles within cells. By providing detailed insights into the organization and function of cellular components, this technology aids researchers in understanding cellular processes and their implications for health and disease. Single-particle protein structure analysis technology platform addresses the need for three-dimensional spatial structure reconstruction of biological macro-molecules. It is instrumental in structural biology, enabling researchers to visualize and analyze the intricate structures of proteins at the atomic level.

Services

The Ultrastructural Technology Platform already possesses ultra-high resolution imaging capabilities ranging from millimeter to angstrom scale. The platform is also furnished with a series of biological sample preparation systems, enabling full-chain technical services from biological sample preparation and sectioning to electron microscopy detection and data analysis. It can meet the requirements for observing and analyzing the ultrastructure of model plants and animals, ultrastructural pathology, in situ ultrastructural examination of adherent cultured cells, negative staining screening of proteins and viruses, single-particle protein structure analysis, surface morphology and elemental analysis of biological and material samples, as well as high-resolution scanning observation of hydrated biological samples and so on.
