Teachers and students from South China University of Technology visited GIBH

On the 28th of Dec 2012, more than 40 faculty members and students from South China University of Technology (SCUT) visited GIBH. Our visitors were welcomed by professors and students from GIBH. This event was organized by officers from the Department of Science and Education at GIBH.

Professors from GIBH had in-depth discussion with faculty members and students from SCUT. During the meeting, they have agreed to setup a ‘South China elite program on stem cells and regenerative medicine’. Students from SCUT were very excited to become a member of the elite program. In addition, professors from GIBH have also introduced graduate education programs at GIBH and shared ideas on undergraduate teaching with the guests.

After the meeting, guests from SCUT were toured around research laboratories, DDP, equipment center, and student dormitory at GIBH.
